چکیده
This work aims to investigate the optical and electrical features of light-emitting diodes based on conjugated oligomer various quantities ZnO nanoparticles. Thermionic emission Cheung’s methods have been employed analyze results. Furthermore, analytical findings concerning Photoluminescence (PL) are modeled using sum Franck-Condon (FC) analysis Gaussians Fits. The p-n junction has formed between ideality factor values decrease by boosting quantity nanoparticles linked with traps filling free carrier at interface Oligomer/ZnO from dissociation interfacial charge transfer (CT) excitons. Also, an increased saturation current is obtained it reached ~ 5.02x〖10〗^(-6) A for 2 mg ZnO. By adding energy transition E_0 Oligomer: blends slightly red shifted. In addition, Huang-Rhys decreases increasing concentration in blend. Ordered conformation addition this metal oxide.

Optical Simulation of Top-emitting Organic Light Emitting Diodes
An optical model based on classical electrodyanmics has beeb exploited to simulate the optical effects for the top-emitting organic light emitting diodes. The optical performance of the devices can be obtained through calculation of the power density in each planar thin film. The far field emission profile and spectrum are derived base on this model. Predicated optical performance is compared w...

Many types of optical switching devices have been studied and demonstrated using nonlinear effects in a variety of semiconductor materials and more recently in optical fibers. Light-controlled switches have a wide variety of potential applications in optical communications and high-speed optoelectronic systems. Optically controlled, fiber-based switches such as loop mirrors or soliton gates can...
متن کاملCOMMUNICATIONS Influence of defects on the electrical and optical characteristics of blue light-emitting diodes based on III–V nitrides
We have measured the electrical and optical properties of blue light-emitting diodes ~LEDs! based on III–V nitrides. The current–voltage characteristic is described by means of the relation I5I0 exp(aV). In this equation a is temperature independent, suggesting a process of conduction by tunneling, as was recently reported also for blue-green LEDs based on III–V nitrides @Appl. Phys. Lett. 68, ...
متن کاملCurrent and optical noise of GaN/AlGaN light emitting diodes
Low frequency noise of current and light intensity of ultraviolet light emitting diodes LED with wavelength from 265 to 340 nm are the superposition of the 1/ f and generation-recombination noise. The dependence of generation-recombination noise on the LED current has a maximum caused by a relatively shallow trap level in the quantum well. The upper bound of this trap level concentration is est...
